From Empty Jars to Finished Packs
- Jar feeding and preparation. Empty containers enter through the selected feeder. Cleaning or other container-treatment equipment can be included where required.
- Weighing or dosing and filling. The filling system delivers the portion into a positioned jar. Filling controls coordinate product release with container arrival.
- Closing and sealing. The line applies the specified closure, using equipment matched to the jar, lid and seal.
- Inspection, labeling and collection. A configured checkweigher checks package weight, labeling applies the required artwork, and finished jars move to collection or case packing.
