Smartpack offers three denesters that scale with production goals: the servo-driven standard tray denester automates basic PET/PP tray singulation; the top-pick model adds vertical magazines and a top-down picker for taller or odd-shaped trays, ideal when SKUs diversify; and the clamshell denester, embedded in Smartpack’s turnkey clamshell line, singulates, opens, fills, and reseals hinged packs in one flow for berries, tomatoes, and similar produce. Each shares a unified controls platform, so plants can start simple and upgrade capacity or complexity without rewriting the line later.
Servo-driven pick-and-place arm with vacuum cups removes one tray at a time from; ideal for common plastic trays, bowls, or cups.
Speed around 20-40 trays/min.
Top-down picker bridges longer reach; handles deeper or irregular-lip trays that standard side pickers miss.
Speed around 20-40 trays/min.
Stacked clamshells are singulated, opened, automatic closing & seal-checking.
Speed around 20-25 clamshells/min.
