Core Features

This line combines high-precision weighing, high-speed filling, and reliable downstream handling into one seamless, controllable system.

These features are critical because they directly impact your production speed, weight accuracy, and final product appearance, helping you reduce manual intervention and potential errors.

  • Integrated Weighing and Filling for Accuracy at Speed. The line starts with a high-precision multihead weigher that measures the exact target weight of your coffee beans or powder. This dose is then transferred to the RT80 Rotary Type Twin Filler. This filler uses a dual-station, full-servo system to fill up to 80 bottles per minute. Its “no can, no run” logic prevents spills, and its vibration-equipped filling station handles granular products without blockages. This combination ensures that you maintain both high speed and strict weight control, reducing product giveaway.
  • Automated Capping and Labeling for a Professional Finish. After filling, bottles move to the SW-B120-8 automatic capping machine. Its 8-wheel design tightens screw caps quickly and gently, avoiding scratches or damage to the cap. The system is easily adjustable for different bottle and cap sizes. Next, the SW-822 labeling machine applies labels to the side of the round bottles. It is designed for horizontal operation, which is ideal for round bottles, ensuring labels are applied smoothly and precisely every time. This creates a consistent, high-quality look for your brand.
  • Complete Infeed and Quality Control Loop. The line can be configured as a full end-to-end solution. It starts with an optional SW-XP bottle cleaning machine that uses high-pressure water and air to ensure containers are hygienic before filling. After capping, an optional X-ray machine can inspect for foreign contaminants, and a checkweigher can verify the final filled weight of every bottle, automatically rejecting any that are outside the set tolerance. This complete loop provides total process control and upholds your quality standards.

FAQ

Customers often want to know how flexible the line is, what it takes to maintain it, and how it handles the specific challenges of coffee packaging, such as dust or product fragility.

Q1: How difficult is it to change the line over to a different bottle size?
A1: The line is designed for quick and easy changeovers. Key machines like the RT80 filler feature a patented turntable design that can be changed in under a minute without complex tools. The capping and labeling machines also use adjustment systems that allow you to cater to different bottle diameters and heights without needing to replace major parts. Your operators can follow simple procedures to adjust guide rails, capping wheel distances, and label applicator heights, minimizing downtime between production runs for different SKUs.

Q2: Can this line handle both whole beans and ground coffee?
A2: Yes. The core of the system is the multihead weigher and rotary filler, which are versatile. The multihead weigher is excellent for accurately weighing irregular shapes like whole beans. For ground coffee, the system can be configured with specific funnels and vibration settings on the filler to ensure smooth product flow and prevent blockages or excessive dust. We will test your specific product to confirm the best configuration for optimal performance.

Q3: Is every machine on this list required? Can I integrate some of them with my existing equipment?
A3: The line is modular, so you have flexibility. You can purchase the complete, fully integrated line for a turnkey solution. However, if you already have some equipment, such as a bottle cleaner or a labeling machine, we can supply the core weighing, filling, and capping modules to integrate with your existing setup. We will work with you to ensure the communication and conveyor handoffs between the machines are seamless. The optional machines, like the X-ray and checkweigher, can be added based on your quality control needs.
