Closed-loop temperature control and jaw pressure profiling stabilize the seal window; the anti-condensation kit clears droplets at the forming tube. SOPs include short pre-heat and film tension checks.

2) Can Smartpack blend multiple vegetables to a fixed ratio?
Yes. The MW Series supports recipe-driven blending with live deviation monitoring and automatic reject rules to keep final ratios within tolerance.

3) Which films work best for IQF vegetables?
OPP/PE and PET/PE remain mainstream; mono-PE is viable with the correct temperature/pressure/time window and antifog. We provide recommended ranges for each structure.

4) What speeds can we expect for 1 kg bags?
Typically 20-30 bpm depending on film, seal recipe, and flow behavior. Gusseted formats may reduce speed by 10–25%.
