This gummy packaging system is really a standard collocation, which is consisted of Z bucket conveyor, 10 head weigher, support platform, vertical form fill seal machine, output conveyor and collect table. The weighing method of this case is weighed by weight and installed in US.

Speed: 30 packs per minute
Weigh hopper volume: 1.6L
Bag Shape: pillow bags with euro hole
Special design: Smaller feeding chute angle, customize feeding pan shape and angle based on the long gummy.
When combined with our multihead weigher, the vertical packing machine forms a symbiotic system that improves the packaging process, providing both durability and finesse in each cycle.
Mixture Gummy Packaging Machine
Another gummy packing project we meet is mixing and filling gummies into bags. The request here is to mix 6 gummies, the machine was installed in Tunisia. And the weighing method of this case is counted by piece.
The system is consisted of 6 units Z bucket conveyor, 6 units 10 head weigher, 1 unit support platform, bowl conveyor, vffs machine, output conveyor, x-ray detector, checkweigher and collect table.
Target weight:
Gummy candy: 70 grams, 6 mixture, 1 type fill 5 pieces, others weigh 4 pcs.
Lollipop candy: weigh by weight

Bag Style: pillow bag
Speed: 20 – 40 packs/min
Challenges: only fill 4-5 pieces candy per time, we designed many devices to ensure this, including but not limited to control the products feeding from feed conveyor, feeding to weigh hopper, extra rejection system and etc.
