Before Smartpack’s rice noodle multihead weigher system was applied to the rice noodle industry, noodles factory measured it manually and then poured it into the bowl of the dryer for drying. Feedback from one of our customers, the measuring process required 22 people.

Multi Filling
The specially designed distributing mechanism can perfectly allow the rice noodles to automatically fall into the dryer of 12 bowls or 10 bowls/row, and can also be pre-shaped to ensure that the rice noodles are completely inside the bowl.
