The models P320/420/520/620/720/820/1050 packaging machines we offered are fit for most of packing requests, cover from small packets to big size bags. They are producing several bag styles including pillow bags, gusset bags, quad sealed bags and flat bottom bags from the roll film.
Compared with standard vertical form fill seal machine, continuous motion vffs machines have a higher packing speed and higher quality configuration.

Usually the vertical packing machine is working in tandem with a weigher, a vffs can help create a complete packing line that is both efficient and accurate. If your weigher was bought from other suppliers, please share us its working signal. Then the vffs can work with weigher great after we set.
However, even if you don’t have a weigher, you can still use a vffs to properly pack your products.

However, Laminated film and PE film cannot share a packaging machine. This is due to the fact that each type of film has different ways of heat sealing and each machine is designed for a specific type of film. The bag size is related to the bag former of the vffs machine. The bag former make the fixed bag width, so one bag former is for 1 bag width size; but the length is adjustable within the certain range.
If you want to pack different products, multihead weigher vertical packing line is recommended. Multihead weigher can handle kinds of applications.
There is no easy, quick and accurate answer to this question. The cost of packaging equipment is based on the difficulty of your project, how fast it is and etc.
Generally, customize machine is more expensive than standard machine; the higher the speed required, the more expensive the machine it cost.
