Model B: SP-LC18 frozen fish fillets weigher
This model is desgined for hundres and kg weight grading, weighing and filling. It is consist of storage parts, 18 weigh hoppers, conveyor and several entrance.
A real case here, customer request weigh 600 grams, 1kg, 3kg and 5kg fish fillet with extra request. While running the formular of 600 grams, the fish fillet net weight should be 600±10 grams, and each fish fillet’s weight must be within the range 150~200 grams.
Working Process:
- People put fish fillets onto hoppers
- The loadcell under hopper will weigh the weight, if the weight is under 150 grams, this fillet will be output from entrance 1; if the weight is over 200 grams, this fillet will be output from entrance 2. The weight during 150~200 grams will participate the 600 grams weight combination, and output from the end of conveyor; if this weight combination is overweight or lightweight, these fillet will be output from entrance 3.
- If some hoppers do not work for weight combination over 3 minutes, the relevant hopper light will flash, people take out the fillet and feed new fish fillet onto hoppers.
